Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Using CBT in Groups – (Self-Study)

This pre-recorded training delves into the benefits of group therapy and outlines the structure of a CBT skills-based group curriculum. Participants will understand the role of homework in reinforcing learned skills between sessions. CBT groups that are skills and tools-based help equip group members with techniques that they can put into practice in their daily lives outside of the group setting. The session will explore an example of a CBT skills group curriculum and strategies used by facilitators to support this.
